Directions

Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.

Pat ribs dry with paper towels.

Rub ribs with olive oil.

Mix spices and coat ribs evenly on all sides.

Let sit for 10–20 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).

Place ribs in basket (cut if needed to fit).

Cook for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.

Brush ribs with BBQ glaze.

Increase temperature to 190°C (375°F).

Cook for another 8–12 minutes until sticky and caramelized.

Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

1 rack pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (smoked if possible)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp chili powder or cayenne (optional for heat)
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional for caramelization)
0.5 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 Pinch chili flakes (optional)
