Soften two blocks of cream cheese by placing them in lukewarm water while still in their foil packaging.

Combine the softened cream cheese with a cup of sugar, two teaspoons of vanilla extract, and a cup of sour cream.

Fold the mixture into the washed grapes.

Transfer the grape salad to an aluminum pan.

Sprinkle about a half cup of pecan pieces on top.

Sprinkle about a half cup of brown sugar on top.

Tips
To easily remove grapes from stems, grab the stem and shake it.
Soak grapes in baking soda and water to clean them.
Soften cream cheese quickly by placing the foil-wrapped blocks in lukewarm water for less than 10 minutes.
Do not dry the grapes after rinsing, as the condensation helps with consistency when mixing with cream cheese.
