Easy Grape Salad

Directions

  1. 1Remove grapes from their stems by shaking the stem.
  2. 2Soak grapes in water with some baking soda to clean them, then rinse.
  3. 3Soften two blocks of cream cheese by placing them in lukewarm water while still in their foil packaging.
  4. 4Combine the softened cream cheese with a cup of sugar, two teaspoons of vanilla extract, and a cup of sour cream.
  5. 5Fold the mixture into the washed grapes.
  6. 6Transfer the grape salad to an aluminum pan.
  7. 7Sprinkle about a half cup of pecan pieces on top.
  8. 8Sprinkle about a half cup of brown sugar on top.

Tips
