Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing
Directions
- 1In a bowl, add one cup of mayonnaise.
- 2Add 1 1/2 cup of sour cream and mix.
- 3Add 1/4 cup of buttermilk and mix.
- 4Add fresh lemon juice and mix.
- 5Add 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar and mix.
- 6Add 1/4 cup chopped parsley and mix.
- 7Add 1/4 cup chopped onion and mix.
- 8Add two minced garlic cloves and mix.
- 9Add salt and pepper to taste and mix.
- 10Add four ounces of crumbled blue cheese and mix until well combined.
- 11Pour mixture into a mason jar.
- 12Close the jar and chill.
