Tips
Use regular pumpkin, not organic (organic pumpkin has a stronger pumpkin taste).
Sweet potato puree is the best alternative
Replace monkfruit with any granulated sweetener.
Use dark cocoa powder for best flavor. (Dark cocoa also hides the pumpkin better).
Use a high quality protein that mixes well
Do not overbake or they will lose fudginess! take them out right when toothpick comes out clean.
Put them in the fridge! The texture and flavor is even better chilled.
