Directions

  1. 1Put the peanuts in the oven at 180 Celsius for 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add the peanuts to your food processor.
  3. 3Turn on your food processor and when it starts to look like crumbs, turn it off and take a break.
  4. 4Turn the food processor back on again and it starts to clump together.
  5. 5Scrape down the sides and turn it back on again.
  6. 6Add a big pinch of salt.
  7. 7Add a big tablespoon of red pepper flakes.
  8. 8Add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 2 tablespoons of honey and blitz till smooth.
