Marinate chicken wings with soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken bouillon, Chinese cooking wine, vegetable oil, white pepper, sugar, fish sauce, and msg for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Mix together corn starch, rice flour, baking powder, salt, msg, white pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to form a flour mixture.
Heat oil to 380°F.
Take out the marinated chicken, shake off excess water, and place in a clean bowl.
Add an egg and gradually add the flour mixture to the chicken until it forms a thin, pancake-like batter. Add a tiny bit of water at a time if the batter is too thick.
Fry the chicken for 7-8 minutes, lower heat to medium, then remove and let it rest for 2 minutes.
Double fry the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Sprinkle a salt and pepper mixture (msg, salt, white pepper, sugar) over the fried chicken while it's still hot.
