Creamy garlicky mushrooms

Rinse mushrooms and dry them well using a cloth napkin.

Mince garlic and dice onion.

Use a thick bottom skillet pan.

Add butter, do not burn it. Add garlic and onions. Cook for about a minute without burning.

Turn up the heat and add in your mushrooms.

Season with salt.

Continuously stir; lower the heat if needed, but do not burn the mushrooms, onions or garlic.

After about 2-3 minutes, add in the heavy whipping cream and milk.

Add the cayenne and cook about 2 minutes while the sauce thickens.

Once you have the desired thickness of the sauce, remove from the heat.

Remove from the heat to keep the sauce intact.

Sprinkle parsley and chili flakes and serve immediately.

10 garlic minced
0.5 onion diced
1 teaspoon salt
0.25 cup heavy whipping cream
0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon cayenne or paprika
0.5 teaspoon chili flakes
Parsley chopped for garnish

Tips
Do not burn the butter, garlic, onions, or mushrooms.
Continuously stir while cooking the mushrooms.
Remove from heat once desired sauce thickness is achieved to keep the sauce intact.
