Add tofu, sesame seeds, and peanut butter to a mixer.

Pour water and milk, then grind until the sesame seeds are finely ground.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.

Boil noodles.

Rinse noodles in cold water, then place them in a bowl.

Add ice and pour the kong-guksu broth.

Garnish with sliced cucumber.

400 g Tofu
21 tablespoons Roasted sesame seeds
8 tablespoons Peanut butter
4 cups White milk
4 cups Water
5 servings Noodles
to taste Salt
to taste Sugar

Tips
For those not dieting, add salt or sugar to taste.
Adjust the milk amount for desired consistency.
If the ingredients don't fit in the mixer at once, blend them in batches.
