Pecan Pie Crunch
Directions
- 1In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter.
- 2Add vanilla and baking soda.
- 3Combine pecans and Quaker squares in a baking dish.
- 4Pour the brown sugar mixture over the pecans and Quaker squares.
- 5Mix well to coat everything evenly.
- 6Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
- 7Let it cool completely before serving.
