Directions
- 1Add softened butter and light brown sugar to a bowl and cream these together.
- 2Add one egg and vanilla and mix these in.
- 3Add plain flour and bicarbonate soda and fold until just combined.
- 4Add chocolate chips and fold these in.
- 5Take out 1/3 of the dough to make a lid.
- 6Press the rest into a tin, making a lip around the edge.
- 7Dollop on the Nutella and smooth it out to the edges.
- 8Place the cookie dough lid on top and seal the edges.
- 9Add some more chocolate chips.
- 10Bake in the oven and let it cool fully in the tin.
