Directions
- 1Slice cucumber using a mandoline slicer and place into a glass jar.
- 2Slice red onion using a mandoline slicer and add it to the jar.
- 3Add a handful of arugula to the jar.
- 4Add olives to the jar.
- 5Add chopped tomatoes to the jar.
- 6Add cooked pasta to the jar.
- 7Add yogurt to the jar.
- 8Add pesto to the jar.
- 9Add mayonnaise to the jar.
- 10Season with salt and pepper.
- 11Add hazelnuts to the jar.
- 12Squeeze lemon juice into the jar.
- 13Cover the jar with a lid and shake well to mix all ingredients.
- 14Serve the pasta salad.
