Directions
- 1Lay your wrap down and spread your pesto all over the middle.
- 2Add tomato in the middle of the top section and spinach at the bottom.
- 3Top the spinach with mozzarella and tomato with chicken.
- 4Fold in from the sides, then fold upwards to create a little parcel.
- 5Pan fry in a pan sprayed with olive oil spray for a few minutes on each side until crispy.

- 50 g reduced fat mozzarella
- 30 g pesto
- 1 tomato
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 olive oil spray
