Caprese Gallette

Directions
- 1Place the circular mold in the center of the puff pastry sheet.
- 2Spread pesto around the circular mold on the puff pastry.
- 3Arrange slices of zucchini, tomato, and mozzarella on top of the pesto.
- 4Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with pepper, and add spices.
- 5Use a pizza cutter to make cuts from the edge of the circular mold outwards, in between the layers of ingredients.
- 6Fold the cut pastry sections over the ingredients towards the center of the tart.
- 7Bake until golden brown.
- 8Garnish with fresh basil.
