Brownie Crinkle Cookies
Directions
- 1Mix together soft butter, powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl to the white mixture.
- 2Add two eggs and mix well until combined.
- 3Add cacao powder, flour and baking powder, mix well and add chocolate.
- 4The texture should be smooth and sticky.
- 5Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes or in a freezer for 10 minutes.
- 6Form your cookies, gently cover with caster sugar and press a little into a circle cookie.
- 7Bake in the preheated to 190C oven 20 minutes if you’re baking big ones. If you’re baking medium ones, the baking time should be less (13-16 minutes).
- 8Cool them on the baking sheet a little and enjoy.

- 40 g cacao powder
- 150 g sifted flour
- 6 g baking powder
- 100 g chopped chocolate bar or chocolate chips
- 1 powdered sugar for coating the cookies
