Smoked Brownies
Directions
- 1Mix brownie mix, melted butter, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- 2Pour half of the batter into a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
- 3Meanwhile, cook Chex cereal and evaporated milk in a saucepan until melted.
- 4Pour the caramel mixture over the baked brownie layer in the pan.
- 5Add chocolate chips to the caramel layer.
- 6Top with remaining brownie batter, breaking it into small pieces.
- 7Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 8Cool the brownies on a cooling rack for 1.5 hours, then refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
