Banana Pudding
Directions
- 1In a large bowl, mix together sweet condensed milk and cold water, then quickly add in the pudding mix and whisk until fully combined. Add in the milk and whisk.
- 2In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream, salt, and vanilla extract and whip until stiff peaks form.
- 3Once pudding is set, gently fold in whipped cream 1/4 at a time until desired consistency.
- 4Assemble and repeat layers of whipped pudding, bananas, and Nilla wafers.
- 5Set in the fridge for ~4 hrs before serving.

- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 0.75 c cold milk
- 3 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 4 c ripe bananas
- 1 box Nilla wafers
