Directions

  1. 1Cut the apples into slices.
  2. 2Use a metal cookie cutter to cut circles out of the apple slices.
  3. 3In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.

  6. 6Place the apple slice on top of the puff pastry square.
  7. 7Fold the pastry over the apple to form a lattice pattern.
  8. 8Bake until golden brown.
