Directions

  1. 1Cut the apples into slices.
  2. 2Use a metal cookie cutter to cut circles out of the apple slices.
  3. 3In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  4. 4Coat the apple slices in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  5. 5Cut out a square of puff pastry and cut an inner square into it.
  6. 6Place the apple slice on top of the puff pastry square.
  7. 7Fold the pastry over the apple to form a lattice pattern.
  8. 8Bake until golden brown.
  9. 9Decorate with candy eyeballs.
  10. 10Dust with powdered sugar.
