Viral Grated Egg Avocado Toast

Directions
- 1Slice the bread.
- 2Cut the avocado into chunks.
- 3Add avocado to a food processor.
- 4Add cottage cheese to the food processor.
- 5Blend the avocado and cottage cheese until it forms a mousse.
- 6Pipe the avocado and cottage cheese mousse on top of your favorite toasted bread.
- 7Grate a hard-boiled egg on top of the mousse.
- 8Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the grated egg.
- 9Add a few turns of cracked black pepper.
