Creamy lemon garlic chicken

Directions
- 1Dip seasoned chicken breasts into flour to coat.
- 2Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- 3Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- 4Add minced garlic, juice from the lemon, chicken stock, and heavy cream to the same pan and stir to combine.
- 5Return the chicken to the pan and let it simmer.

- 1 whole lemon
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- parsley, chopped (optional)
