Directions
- 1For mayo, add all ingredients except oil to a large mason jar.
- 2Pour oil in and blend until thick and creamy.
- 3For thousand island dressing, combine mayo and all remaining ingredients into a large mason jar.
- 4Share violently until smooth and combined.
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup mayo
- 0.25 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp finely diced red onion
- 2 tsp finely diced pickles
- 1 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)
- 0.5 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 whole egg —room temp
- 0.5 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup avocado oil (or organic cold-pressed sunflower or safflower oil)
