Directions
- 1Place butter and sugar into a bowl and mix with an electric mixer.
- 2Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
- 3Crack exactly one egg into the bowl and continue mixing.
- 4Add the cream and mix.
- 5Add flour and mix to combine.
- 6In a separate bowl, coat the blueberries with a small amount of flour, then fold them into the batter.
- 7Scoop the batter into a muffin pan and top with streusel.
- 8Bake in the oven.
