Creamy chicken and mushrooms

Directions

  1. 1Start by sautéing shallots in olive oil.
  2. 2Once shallots soften up, add in the mushrooms.
  3. 3While mushrooms are cooking, slice chicken thin and then toss them in flour.
  4. 4Once mushrooms pick up some nice color, add in some white wine.
  5. 5Let the wine evaporate and add in some butter.
  6. 6Add chicken into the pan.
  7. 7Cook the chicken for about a minute on each side and then season it up with salt and pepper.
  8. 8Add in some more white wine and then let it cook on low.
  9. 910 minutes later, finish it off with some fresh parsley.
