Longganisa Kebab

Directions

  1. 1Add soy sauce, spiced vinegar, minced garlic, brown sugar, oyster sauce, banana ketchup, Maggi Magic Sarap, annatto powder, paprika, cornstarch, salt, and pepper to the ground pork in a large bowl.
  2. 2Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. 3Shape the seasoned ground pork mixture around kebab skewers into long ribbed shafts.
  4. 4Grill the longganisa kebabs until cooked through and charred.
  5. 5Mince 10-12 cloves of garlic.
  6. 6In a hot pan, add chicken oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant and lightly browned.
  7. 7Add basmati rice to the pan and mix with the garlic and chicken oil.
  8. 8Season the rice with Maggi Savor.
  9. 9Toss and fold the garlic rice until everything is well integrated.
  10. 10Dice two large tomatoes.
  11. 11Slice one red onion.
  12. 12Dice one green mango.
  13. 13Combine diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, diced green mango, fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the ensalada.
  14. 14Mix the ensalada ingredients thoroughly.
  15. 15In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, the juice of one lemon, and grated garlic.
  16. 16Season the garlic sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  17. 17Mix the garlic sauce until smooth.
  18. 18Arrange the grilled longganisa kebabs on a bed of garlic rice.
  19. 19Drizzle the garlic sauce generously over the kebabs.
  20. 20Top the kebabs and rice with the prepared ensalada.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon lemon juice
  • 8 cloves garlic cloves, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
