Directions

  1. 1Iniziare con acqua molto fredda e metterla in freezer per almeno 10 minuti.
  2. 2Versare l'acqua in una ciotola.
  3. 3Aggiungere lo zucchero.
  4. 4Aggiungere il caffè istantaneo.
  5. 5Mescolare con le fruste elettriche, aumentando gradualmente la velocità.
  6. 6Montare fino a ottenere una crema soda.
  7. 7Mettere la crema in un sac a poche.
  8. 8Versare la crema di caffè nelle tazze.
  9. 9Completare con cacao amaro in polvere.
