Directions

  1. 1Wash your potato.
  2. 2Slice the potato into fries using a mandoline slicer, ensuring you use the protective hand gripper.
  3. 3Put the cut fries in a bowl.
  4. 4Fill the bowl with cold water and let the fries soak for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5Dice up a yellow onion, a bell pepper, and an Anaheim pepper.
  6. 6Add ground meat, diced peppers, and onions to a pan and start browning it up.
  7. 7Use paper towels to absorb some of the grease from the browned meat mixture.
  8. 8Add garlic to the pan.
  9. 9Season the mixture with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and chili powder.
  10. 10Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and mustard to the pan.
  11. 11Put the lid on the pan and let it simmer while you prepare the fries.
  12. 12Drain the potatoes after soaking.
