Directions
- 1Cut the chicken into cubes.
- 2Put the chicken into a pan with hot oil.
- 3Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and table blend.
- 4Wash the serranos, tomatoes, squash and onion.
- 5Fry up the chicken.
- 6Add butter to the chicken.
- 7Put the chicken to the side.
- 8Add onions to the same pan.
- 9Add corn.
- 10Once the onion is translucent add serranos.
- 11Add lemon pepper.
- 12Add the calabaza.
- 13Let it cook for a little bit.
- 14Add the tomato.
- 15Add water.
- 16Add the chicken back.
- 17Add the tomato bouillon.
- 18Add cominos.
- 19Add cilantro.
- 20Let it boil and it should be ready.
