Directions
- 1Place the tomatoes, jalape o peppers and white onion on a baking sheet.
- 2Roast them in the oven.
- 3Once roasted, add the garlic cloves and oil to the baking sheet.
- 4Roast them again.
- 5Once roasted, add all the ingredients to a blender.
- 6Add cumin and salt to taste.
- 7Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- 8Pour the salsa into a bowl.
- 9Serve with your favorite dish or enjoy with chips.
