Budae-jjigae

Directions
- 1Slice the Spam and sausages into thin pieces.
- 2Cut the tofu into small rectangular slabs.
- 3Finely chop the green onions.
- 4In a bowl, combine minced garlic, gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, and honey to make the sauce.
- 5Arrange the Spam, sausages, rice cakes, enoki mushrooms, and tofu in a large pot.
- 6Add the prepared sauce into the center of the pot.
- 7Pour in the beef bone broth.
- 8Place the pot on the stove and bring to a simmer.
- 9Add the ramen noodles and the cheese slice on top.
- 10Cover the pot with a lid and cook until the noodles are soft.
- 11Garnish with fresh green onions before serving.
