Peanut Butter Protein Balls (no protein powder)

Directions

  1. 1Add oat flour, hemp seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup and salt to a bowl and mix until a thick dough forms.
  2. 2Check consistency. If too wet, add a little more oat flour. If too dry, add a small drizzle of maple syrup.
  3. 3Roll into 16 balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
  4. 4Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  5. 5Drizzle over the balls and sprinkle with flaky salt if using.
  6. 6You can eat them straight away but it is recommended to refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  • 60 g maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 squares dark chocolate
  • 0.25 tsp coconut oil
  • flaky sea salt

Tips
