Add oat flour, hemp seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup and salt to a bowl and mix until a thick dough forms.

Check consistency. If too wet, add a little more oat flour. If too dry, add a small drizzle of maple syrup.

Roll into 16 balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.

Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.

Drizzle over the balls and sprinkle with flaky salt if using.

You can eat them straight away but it is recommended to refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

70 g shelled hemp seeds/hemp hearts or ground flax/linseed
200 g smooth runny peanut butter
60 g maple syrup
0.5 tsp salt
2 squares dark chocolate
0.25 tsp coconut oil
flaky sea salt

Tips
If the dough is too wet, add a little more oat flour.

To make oat flour, blend regular oats in a blender or food processor until it forms a fine powder.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up the balls.
