Three Heads Garlic Sauce

Directions

  1. 1Cut the bottom off the first garlic head.
  2. 2Add a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper to the first garlic head.
  3. 3Roast the first garlic head in an oven or air fryer at 180° Celsius for 30-40 minutes.
  4. 4Cut the bottom off the second garlic head.
  5. 5Combine the second garlic head with 150 ml of oil milk and some butter.
  6. 6Cook the second garlic head mixture on the stove over medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes.
  7. 7Cut off the end of the third garlic head.
  8. 8Chop one small sun-dried tomato and roughly 5 grams of parsley together with the third garlic head.
  9. 9Melt a bit of butter in a pan over low-medium heat.
  10. 10Add the chopped garlic and parsley mixture to the pan and cook slowly for a few minutes.
  11. 11Add salt and a little touch of chili flakes (if desired) to the pan.
  12. 12Add a big spoonful of cream cheese to the roasted garlic and mix.
  13. 13Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until two minutes undercooked.
  14. 14Transfer the spaghetti to the sauce and cook for roughly one minute.
  15. 15Add Parmigiano to taste and mix.
  16. 16Dish up the pasta.
