Directions

  1. 1Place the sourdough in a pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. 2Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the sourdough.
  3. 3Fold the sourdough over the cinnamon sugar.
  4. 4Sprinkle more cinnamon sugar.
  5. 5Fold the sourdough again.
  6. 6Pour melted butter over the sourdough.
  7. 7Press dimples into the sourdough.
  8. 8After baking, drizzle cream cheese glaze over the focaccia.
  9. 9Spread the glaze with a brush.
