Preheat oven to 375°F.

Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray twice.

Open biscuits and rip each one into about 6 pieces with your hands or quarter them with a pizza cutter.

In a large bowl combine biscuit pieces, 1½ cups mozzarella, pepperoni, butter, ¼ cup marinara, garlic powder, and parsley and mix until coated.

Fill each muffin cup ¾ full.

Sprinkle the reserved ¼ cup mozzarella on top of each cup.

Bake for 20 minutes until tops are deep golden and cheese is bubbly.

Let sit for 5 minutes.

Run a knife around the edges and pop them out.

Serve with warm marinara for dipping.
Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Original biscuits (blue can, not the red one)
1.5 cups whole milk shredded mozzarella, for the mix
0.25 cup whole milk shredded mozzarella, saved for the top
0.5 cup Hormel mini pepperoni
3 tbsp salted butter, melted
0.25 cup marinara sauce, stirred into the mix
0.5 tsp garlic powder (not garlic salt)
0.5 tsp dried parsley flakes
Marinara on the side for dipping
