Directions

  1. 1Add mayonnaise to a container.
  2. 2Add ketchup to the container.
  3. 3Add mustard to the container.
  4. 4Add sweet pickle relish to the container.
  5. 5Add salt to the container.
  6. 6Cover the container and shake well to mix the sauce.
  7. 7Dice the white onions.
  8. 8Dice the pickles.
  9. 9Add olive oil to a pan.
  10. 10Add diced onions to the pan and cook.
  11. 11Add ground beef to the pan.
  12. 12Season the ground beef with seasoning.
  13. 13Cook and crumble the ground beef.
  14. 14Add the cooked onions to the ground beef.
  15. 15Add the diced pickles to the ground beef mixture.
  16. 16Place slices of American cheese over the ground beef mixture.
  17. 17Mix the cheese into the ground beef until melted and combined.
  18. 18Transfer the filling to a ziplock bag to create a piping bag.
  19. 19Stuff the manicotti shells with the beef and cheese mixture.
  20. 20Wrap each stuffed manicotti shell with bacon.
  21. 21Place the bacon-wrapped shells on a cooling rack over a baking sheet.
  22. 22Season the bacon-wrapped shells with BBQ rub.
  23. 23Smoke the shells at 300 degrees for about an hour.
  24. 24Remove the smoked shells from the smoker.
  25. 25Drizzle with the prepared In-N-Out sauce and garnish with chives.
