Directions
- 1Crush 300g digestive biscuits.
- 2Add 100g melted butter and mix until combined.
- 3Put 1 heaped tbsp of mixture into each cupcake case and press down firmly.
- 4Mix 400g cream cheese and 100g icing sugar.
- 5Melt 200g kinder chocolate in microwave.
- 6Add melted chocolate to cream cheese mixture, then add 300ml double cream and whisk until creamy.
- 7Pour cheesecake mixture onto base and smooth it out.
- 8Freeze for 30 minutes.
- 9Whisk 300ml double cream, 1tsp vanilla and 2tbsp icing sugar until creamy.
- 10Top with cream and melted chocolate.
