  5. 5Uncover the pan.
  6. 6Pour the beaten eggs over the cooking beef and mushrooms.
  7. 7Cover the pan again with a lid.
  8. 8Remove the lid once cooked.
  9. 9Serve the beef-wrapped enoki mushrooms with rice.
