Directions

  1. 1Get a saucepan and put it over medium heat.
  2. 2Add butter.
  3. 3Add all-purpose flour.
  4. 4Whisk.
  5. 5Add evaporated milk.
  6. 6Add diced green chilies.
  7. 7Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
  8. 8Whisk and let it come to a simmer.
  9. 9Remove from heat.
  10. 10Add white American cheese.
  11. 11Stir until it is nice and gooey.
  12. 12Serve with your favorite chips.

  • 8 slices white American cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
