Directions
- 1Add one cup of shortening and two sticks of soft butter (one salted and one unsalted) to a mixing bowl.
- 2Cream the shortening and butter together for a couple of minutes.
- 3Slowly add in two pounds of powdered sugar.
- 4Add four tablespoons of milk.
- 5Add one tablespoon of vanilla.
- 6Cream all ingredients together.
- 7Use the buttercream to frost cakes, cupcakes, or cookie cakes.
