Coconut Custard Pie

Directions
- 1Beat the eggs well with the sugar.
- 2Add the melted butter, flour, and vanilla. Mix well.
- 3Add 2 cups of half-and-half and mix.
- 4Add the coconut last and mix well.
- 5Pour evenly into 2 deep-dish pie shells.
- 6Bake at 350°F until beautifully golden brown.
