Bourbon Chocolate Cake

Directions

  1. 1Cut the bourbon biscuits into pieces.
  2. 2Crush the biscuits into a fine powder.
  3. 3Add milk and mix well.
  4. 4Add Eno fruit salt and mix well.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into a baking pan with baking sheet.
  6. 6Bake the cake.
  7. 7Chop the dark chocolate.
  8. 8Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
  9. 9Add chocolate and milk to the chopped bourbon biscuits pieces.
  10. 10Mix well.
  11. 11Cut the cake in half and place the frosting in the middle.
  12. 12Add the frosting on top of the cake and sprinkle some chocolate.
  13. 13Cut the cake into slices.
