Directions
- 1En un bol, pondremos mantequilla derretida, leche, cuatro yemas de huevo y mezclaremos.
- 2Añadiremos harina tamizada, polvos para hornear, un poquito de sal y endulzante.
- 3Por otro lado, montaremos las claras a punto de nieve.
- 4Mezclaremos con movimientos envolventes para que no se bajen.
- 5Llevaremos la mezcla a una sartén.
- 6Una vez que las tortitas estén hechas, las rellenaremos de Nutella.
