Directions

  1. 1Place the steak bites in the crockpot.
  2. 2Season the meat lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. 3Add in the sliced white mushrooms.
  4. 4Add a bag of mini gold potatoes.
  5. 5Add one packet of au jus gravy and one packet of onion soup mix.
  6. 6Add one cup of beef broth.
  7. 7Add two or three tablespoons of minced garlic.
  8. 8Add six tablespoons of Kerrygold butter.
  9. 9Cover and cook on high for five hours or low for seven to eight hours.

  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 white mushrooms
  • 1 bag mini gold potatoes
  • 1 package au jus gravy
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 6 tablespoons Kerrygold butter
