Directions

  1. 1小火倒入麻油，放入薑絲炒至微焦。
  2. 2放入去骨雞腿肉翻炒。
  3. 3加入米酒100毫升。
  4. 4加入水1200毫升煮滾。
  5. 5放入3捆米粉，米粉免泡水，煮滾後蓋上蓋子燜5分鐘。
  6. 6加入蒜苗和芹菜末。

  • 3 捆 米粉
