Directions

  1. 1Mix all ingredients together.
  2. 2Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. 3Stir, cover, and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4Cool and jar the ketchup.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz organic tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1 cup organic sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • a few dashes pepper
  • a few dashes clove
  • a few dashes garlic
  • a few dashes celery seed
