Directions

  1. 1Thinly slice the onion using a mandoline.
  2. 2Thinly slice the jalapeños using a mandoline.
  3. 3Spread shredded cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Place the onion rings on top of the cheese.
  5. 5Place the jalapeño slices on top of the onion rings.
  6. 6Add dollops of cream cheese.
  7. 7Sprinkle cooked bacon on top.
  8. 8Bake in the oven until golden.
