Directions

  1. 1Combine the sugar, butter and hot water.
  2. 2Make sure the water is hot enough to dissolve the sugar.
  3. 3Once the sugar has dissolved add the dry milk and blend!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry milk
  • 0.66 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.33 cup hot water
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Tips

  • Cannot be liquid milk
  • This yields one cup and is good for 6 months in the ice box.
  • Swipe crumbs on floor.
