Directions
- 1Add diced apples to a pan.
- 2Add butter to the pan with the apples.
- 3Add cinnamon and brown sugar to the pan.
- 4Cook until the apples are tender and the sauce has thickened.
- 5Place round pie crust cutouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Spoon the cooked apple mixture onto the center of each pie crust cutout.
- 7Place thin strips of pie crust over the apple filling to create a lattice top.
- 8Use a fork to crimp the edges of the pie crust.
- 9Brush the tops of the mini pies with egg wash.
- 10Bake the mini apple pies until golden brown.
