Peach Cake
Directions
- 1Peel the peaches using a peach peeler.
- 2Cut the peeled peaches into small pieces.
- 3Cook the chopped peaches with sugar and water on low heat for 10 minutes.
- 4Let cool and set aside the cooked peaches.
- 5Mix whipping cream, peach syrup, and dragonfruit juice.
- 6Whisk until smooth and pink.
- 7Cut and shape the sponge cake into a round.
- 8Layer the pink cream, peach pulp, and sponge cake into a bowl.
- 9Smooth the cream and cover with another sponge cake layer.
- 10Apply the remaining whipping cream and decorate with peach blossom decorations.
