Directions

  1. 1Start by sautéing diced chicken breasts on medium high heat.
  2. 2Season with a packet of French onion soup mix.
  3. 3Once the chicken is almost cooked through, add barbecue sauce and either apricot or peach jam.
  4. 4Let it simmer until the sauce is sticky.
  5. 5Serve over some rice or mashed potatoes.

  • 2 diced chicken breasts
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 0.5 cup bbq sauce
  • 0.25 cup apricot preserves
  • peach jam
  • rice
  • mashed potatoes

Tips

  • Reduce the heat and let the sauce thicken and get "sticky".
