Directions
- 1Line the baking pan with bacon slices.
- 2Pour cornbread batter over the bacon.
- 3Spread cornbread batter evenly.
- 4Add chili evenly over the cornbread batter.
- 5Spread chili evenly.
- 6Add shredded cheddar cheese over the chili.
- 7Spread cheese evenly.
- 8Add sliced jalapenos and red chili over the cheese.
- 9Sprinkle parsley over the top.
- 10Pour remaining cornbread batter over the top.
- 11Spread evenly and bake.
- 12Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- 13Cut into slices and serve.
