Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Cook your pasta until done, then strain it, return it to the pot, and set aside.
  2. 2While pasta is cooking, add cottage cheese, shredded parmesan, and a quarter cup of water or milk to a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
  3. 3Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. 5Add tomatoes to the beef and cook for about 5 minutes or until the tomatoes start to wilt.
  6. 6Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and oregano to the mixture.
  7. 7Mix and cook for 30 seconds.
  8. 8Add minced garlic, mix, and cook for another 30 seconds.
  9. 9Reduce the heat to low and add the blended sauce.
  10. 10Mix everything together and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  11. 11Pour the sauce in with the cooked pasta and mix well.
  12. 12Taste and add salt and pepper to preference.
  13. 13Portion out into meal containers for meal prep.
